Restore hard starting grill and installation steps
Easy replacement for an old "flame spreader/starter" for my Broil King Baron. Also replaced the burner tubes. The grill was hard to start as the old flame spreader was corroded to the point of having holes/gaps/blockage that didn't allow the flame/gas to spread properly. This resolved that issue. Add new burners, a new battery in the ignitor and possible new grids and you have renewed the life of your expensive grill. I am only getting about two years out of burners and 4 years out of this spreader.There were no instructions but install is easy with the two part design. Install the bottom half over the ignitors so that the metal ground is just above the ignitors. Reinstall the burner tubes. Add the top part alternating the interlocking pieces so that it has a snug fit (look at the removed one to see if in doubt).Seems like a quality part and fits well. Time will tell if I get 4 more years out of it.

Highly recommend - great quality
Solid and high quality. These cut clean and precise — the blades are sharp and feel like they’ll stay that way. The curved blade is what sold me; the end result is a much cleaner, more natural shape than flat clippers leave behind. If you want a nail clipper that actually works and won’t break the bank, this is worth a look.

Great replacement part for your grill!
OEM quality replacement part, you'll probably need this once your grill is several years old. It's an easy install, just take your time and don't force anything together, you can bend this trying to jam the gas diffuser tubes in.

Good solution, however it would be good if it actually included some instructions. The metal is thin and comes in 2 parts, it was not immediately evident how to assemble the and there is no documentation
