e.l.f. Supertone Toner Skin Balancing Formula, 5.07 Fl Oz

This product is awesome. I enjoy using this product because it does brighten up the complexion by killing dead cells I suppose, I just notice dark spots are fading from my shave bumps. (African American skin here/ brown skin, shave bumps turns black after there are healed) I was a person who you would consider to have sensitive skin because different products would burn my face and I would imagine this product would also however this is how I use it. First before this product I was conditioning my face to be more healthier and stronger by washing it twice a day with St. Ives Black Head Clearing Scrub, then using Neutragena Alcohol Free Face Toner, and then moisturizing it with Palmer's cocoa butter lotion. I did this for several months and this too is a good way to keep your face looking refreshed and healthy. Now after doing that I needed a toner with citrus to clear up the dark spots. I decided to try the E.L.F Supertoner because a friend had it and I liked the way it smelled after my first use. I wash my face either with St. Ives face wash or with Cetaphil Gentle Skin face wash, dry my face, and then put on the E.L.F. Supertoner and wait until it air drys, after that YOU MUST MOISTURIZE. Especially if you have sensitive skin. For moisturizers I like to use NatureWell clinical Vitamin C Brightening moisture Cream, or good old Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion (the thicker to smooth one). The way I like to apply all these products, even the moisturizer, is with a circular motion like I am rubbing it in, section by section. Take time to do things, patience is key, and it will pay off in the long run. And keep trying different things until you find a regiment that works for you. I learn by failing and trying again. *Also I strongly advise you only use the E.L.F. product out of direct sunlight. or any toner with alcohol for that matter. I like to use Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner in the day with the Brightening Moisture Cream from NatureWell. I hope this helps some of you who are struggling. If this can work on a sensitive black face, it can work on any face when following the guidelines I laid out.

To me this is the best face brightening toner I have ever used. I was so disappointed that I could not find it for a long time. Use to buy it at Walmart. Had searched for a long time, but always got the response no longer available but happened to search Amazon a couple of weeks ago. And, there it was. Ordered 3 bottles

First off, I was pleasantly surprised it has a slight fruity scent. Nothing overhearing by any means, but just enough to remind you of the vitamin C. Which, that's fair. Because I have a horrible memory.Some would probably imply that this stings. It doesn't make the skin feel anymore tingly than any other toner that doubles as a liquid exfoliant.Honestly, I'm impressed with this. It's like E. L. F harnessed the power of g**damn Aphrodite to make this. The price is amazing for what it is. Before I was using a liquid exfoliant by Neutrogena. The one by Neutrogena was not only $20+, it also was sold in a smaller size.This stuff works far better than others I've tried, it's much more affordable, contains Vitamin C (which.... Yessss?!) and you recieve more of the product than others.Because you're not supposed to over exfoliate, I am using another toner in the morning and this one at night and it lasts me almost 3 months. My other one lasted a month if I was lucky. Plus $7-$8 or $20?? No Brainer.

Maybe I just have sensitive skin, but I’ve used this product now 6 different times and each time my face lights on fire. Doesn’t last long, but gets hot and I need to let it cool down before I apply any serums. I will say, my skin really is smoother and makeup goes on seamlessly (maybe because I’m burning all the dead cells lol). Just a heads up!

The media could not be loaded. Another essential of mine. I like to switch up my toners from time to time depending on my skincare needs at the time but this is always a go to for me. You cannot beat the price, the bottle is huge and it works wonder for my pores.

I cant say if this product really did anything? It has a really awful scent, like a cleaning supply? I don't think I will be purchasing again

Great quality. Doesn't leave a residue keeps the skin glowing, non greasy, very refreshing to the skin. My skin loves this Elf toner. I hope they do not discontinue it ever.
