For the price, this is a nice little steam mop. It was very easy to put together. For a small floor, the little water tank probably holds enough water to get the job done. But I have a large kitchen floor, and it took filling up the little tank twice. But it's so easy, that's not a problem. It's easy to watch the water level. It heats up quickly and is ready to go. The cord could be a little longer, but for a small floor, it's probably just right. I like that the pad, which attaches by velcro, is washable and reusable. The mop is lightweight and it swivels, making turns easier. And it has a low profile. It is quiet, with only the sound of the steam going. I was damp-mopping my kitchen floor, but this mop is a whole lot easier, and I got finished a whole lot faster. My floor is probably a whole lot cleaner too! The pad showed how much dirt it got up. I think it took longer for my floor to dry, than it did for me to actually mop it! (It does get hot, so be careful!)

My old squeegy mop bit the dust a couple of weeks ago, so it's safe to say my floors were filthy. I found this Black & Decker model for not much more than a replacement squeegy. It is a base model but I would have like to see a better way to wind the cord when not in use and you need to lay the unit flat to fill with water, I would have liked a top full water tank. That being said, the steam mop is light weight and easy to maneuver, The swivel head makes it easy to get into tight spaces. It heats up quickly and steam is available almost immediately. I couldn't believe how easily it cleaned all my very dirty floors, so much quicker and easier than my old mop. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this model.

Cheap price but amazing! I have been searching for a steam mop that has a steady flow of steam. Most of the new expensive models require you to move the mop in a certain motion in order to release steam. No thanks. I want steady-germ killing steam! This mop fits the bill. It heats up quickly and gets nice and hot. It is not overly noisy. I was not a fan of the included pad but it is versatile and can be interchanged with other pads. One tank lasts quite a while. Only suggestion of change I would have is this definitely needs a longer cord. I would pay a few extra bucks for a longer cord. Other than this, I love the mop and would recommend to others looking for a mop with a constant flow of steam!

I love this. I have old hardwood floors that are partially unfinished (and unsightly) and this got them SO clean. They seriously look so much better, and the pad doesn’t even need to be washed after mopping my whole apartment. There’s also plenty of water to spare, given it doesn’t use a ton of water. And I’m definitely happy with the price. The only thing I would change is perhaps adding different color options, but everything else is great.

The product might work well. The advertising on Amazon is incorrect. I have one room with carpet and wanted to use it for that. In the description, it does say that it can be used on carpet and that there’s a special piece to put on the steamer. I found no such peace in the box and the manual never says one thing about using it on carpet. I returned it.

I got this mop to replace another brand I had for 10 years that finally died. This mop is way more "steamy" than the other one and definitely cleans better. My only complaints are : the cord is short. My house isn't very big and I can't mop one entire room without having to switch outlets, and that's annoying. Would also be nice if it had come with more than 1 mop pad.
