My health is good, thank God
I've been using this product for quite a while. My recent blood work ( a few weeks ago) shows a satisfactory level of b-12.I've been encouraged to take this large a size because at my age (85) getting enough b12 from diet can be difficult. I also don't eat large quantities of meat; mostly fruits and veggies. I do consume dairy, mostly milk and cheese. So a b-12 1000 mcg pill every other day seems to work well for me, based on blood analysis.I also take a b complex pill daily that called b-100 which covers the b vitamin spectrum but with only a 100 mcg b-12 content. So I plan to stay with this total level of b-12.My health is good, thank God, and I do gym work to keep the old carcass moving at a reasonable rate.Good health and God bless to all of you who may read this.

Methy B12 is the only type to take and this is great.
Tiny little pill, easy to swallow and corrected my B12 deficiency.Mainstream medicine was not able to measure my correct levels of B12 or Folate with their serum testing. This is because for all of us who take Folic Acid in your multi vitamin, the majority of us are unable to metabolize Folic Acid, so it builds up in the bloodstream vs gets into our cells thus providing a falsely elevated level of folate as the measurement comes from the amount in the blood not the cells where it does the work. The elevated Folic Acid in your blood will also create a falsely elevated serum level of B12 and here you are deficient and these serum labs will tell you you are above adequate. This is because majority of us have the MTHFR issue............mainstream doctors do not know about this so educate yourself from doctors who are aware....check utubeNow most docs do not test folate or B12 and I happened to get lucky to find a doctor who is really thorough.Insurance does NOT want to pay for B12.THIS Product has the CORRECT type of B12 to take which will get into the cells for the majority of us with the MTHFR genetic issue. METHY Folate & METHY B12 are the best types to take.I was anemic and now I feel great.

Methyl B-12 in a pill form makes it easy to include in your supplement routine
I bought these so that instead of having a separate B-12 spray or lozenges, I could have my B-12 in my pill case with all my other supplements. So far, I think they are working just as well as my previous spray supplement.PROS:--Rarely do you get Methyl B-12, which is the naturally occurring variety, in a swallowable form, so that's a big plus.--They are small and easy to swallow--The cost per dose is really low compared to some other brands.--They are gluten free if you're looking for itCONS:--As you can see from the photo, some of the pills were stuck to the cotton insert when I opened it. It took some doing to get the pills cotton free. Just really a nuisance.--Because of their pill form, they have a few extra ingredients that you don't find in the sprays. It's worth reading the ingredient list to make sure you don't have a problem with anything in them.

Love it!
This supplement is working beautifully. The seller is also amazing (Zenwise Health). The product came quickly and they even take the time to send you an email explaining more about the product. I will definitely buy this again!

Great company, product really works for me
I ordered this a while back and it came fast and was every bit as good as I expected it to be. The company who makes it, Zenwise Health, contacted me recently and offered to send me another bottle free. There was no quid pro quo - they didn't ask me to write this review or anything, but they sure gave me a good feeling about them. Here's what I've found by using the product itself. First of all, I'm a vegan so I need to take B-12 on a regular basis. Every time I've been tested, my levels are good, but that's because I supplement. I also work out hard at a gym, and on days when I do my leg routine, involving 140 squats and many other hamstring exercises, I tend to get hamstring cramps during the night. I have found that, in addition to stretching my hamstrings during the workout and just before bed, the only other thing that prevents night cramps is taking lots of B-12 in the hours after my workout. I've done that with the Zenwise Health B-12 now a couple of times and it's been working great. No cramps!

I need my b-12. My motivation, energy, ...
I need my b-12. My motivation, energy, and mood suffered greatly before I started taking the methylcobalamin form of b-12. I can always tell when I forget to take it, too. I'm new to these time released ones (I've only been using them a month or two). I can tell they don't release it all at once because I'm not getting the same amount of energy I did all at once with previous supplements. But it does last more throughout the day.

Probably Try Something Else
They don't really work that well. I've received B-12 shots before and also have taken energy drinks that had similar quantities of B-12 and this just falls flat. But they are super small, easy to swallow, but what does that matter if they don't do what they're supposed to do?

Methylcobalamin B12 timed release. Perfect!
I trust this product. The vitamin posts its ingredients on the sales website of Amazon. It has the preferred Methylcobalamin B12 and a timed release formula. There are no other additives, only B12. Not all B12 products will list this. A timed release formula makes me feel better all day long!
