Bronco Billy's Beef Jerky Hickory Smoked Old Country Half Pound Resealable Bag

Tasty and it's one of the most popular in my area. It's pricey but it's good. I have noticed differences between the batches. Some are good and some are great.

First time eating this brand, not going to lie, this is exactly what I was craving at 11pm last night when I was munching. Reviews were pretty accurate, it’s tender but still has great chew to it, that’s what I mainly look for. I personally really liked the flavor (old country), my friend said a lil too salty but I didn’t think so. Great portion, but I still cant justify the price. However, if reducing the price means changing the taste and ingredients…id leave it the way it is.

The cut is good, The flavor is very SOY SAUCE ish and while it is good it would be so much better if they peppered it. I cannot order the peppered flavor in a 1lb bag that I can find on amazon. It has a good tear and isnt too dried out, GOOD TIMES jerky was my go to but there are alot of inconsistences in that product sometime the jerky is like a potato chip. I would say deff give this a try and I am on my second bag

I love old-fashioned, dry and salty jerky. Many folks compare Bronco Billy's to Wild Bill's, and even the company origin stories are similar, so I decided to try this. It's great jerky... but not perfect. My top complaints are that this is a little too greasy, and I find myself picking out more fat than I recall doing for any single bag of jerky in recent memory. I'd also like if the cuts of meat were just a little thicker. This stuff is fairly affordable for a dry jerky but with the fat it sort of cancels out. The flavor profile is a bit unique compared to others, and you might prefer it, though my opinion is that this stuff is about 80-90% as good as Wild Bill's overall.

The product has literally changed in the last few weeks, I don’t know what’s going on but it’s no longer dry, it’s sweet and very thin. I buy these bags on a weekly basis, and the process to get a refund or make things right is almost impossible. What the heck is going on with this company!

I have purchased several bags of this jerky and share it with a couple of co-workers. All bags have been very good. Good flavor, tough, dry, that you have to gnaw on for awhile. Love this kind of jerky. This batch had tons of fat and was very chewy. I threw a couple of handfuls away it was so bad. I hope this is just a one-off.

It seems like a lot of 'jerky' today is more like formed ground mystery meat, but this is real jerky. Dry, chewy, and with just enough pepper to make it interesting. My new go to.
