Great product. My focus is better. I get more done. My health has improved and I have lost a few pounds. The price is quite reasonable.

I tried the "powder" gelatin capsule (when my gel caps showed up melted into hot mailbox, a few times), but didn't work at all. The GEL CAPS are the best for my memory "recall", like why did I come into the room or open the fridge, haha, NOW I can recall why. This package to my delight showed up in Amazon bubble mailbag with 1 ice, THANK YOU!! Will continue to order during the summer now.

I've been buying this product for awhile now. I take two about an hour before bedtime and I don't wake up two hours early, unable to get back to sleep, like I had been doing. I also find that I can remember large numbers better than I could before. I gave it four stars because the price was $52.85 in November and it's now $63.21. That's a 21% price increase and I'll have to seriously reconsider before I order again.05/09/2025 - I was going order again, but it's just become too expensive. I begin buying this September of 2023 and the price was $36.03, and today's price is $62.13. That's a 72% price increase in less than two years (20 months).As far as people complaining about the pills sticking together, I've only had that happen once. If you keep the bottle in the refrigerator, the pills come apart easily and will stay apart.

Love this product. I cannot swallow the soft gels, or most pills, but you can cut off the end and put the contents in a protein drink or smoothie. Taste is bland, so you won't notice any change in flavor when you use them opened. I did check with the company before trying this. I have always found they keep my mind just a little sharper, and have recommended them to many people. I believe they are effective. Jarrow is a good company.

I’m disappointed with this product. I ordered it once and consumed the bottle. I don’t know yet if it was effective. I ordered a second bottle intending to keep going and see if changes were occurring. When in received the second bottle, however, it was different. I didn’t think too much of it and just attributed it to being a “new look”. It wasn’t until after it was too late to return that I noticed that the ingredients are different. I’m really disappointed with the ingredients of the second bottle and have not brought myself to take them. I wish I could get a refund or the bottle I thought I was ordering - the non-gmo!The dark blue is what I originally received. The tan is what came second.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve been using PS 100 alongside melatonin and the difference in my sleep quality is remarkable. Melatonin helps me fall asleep faster, but pairing it with PS 100 has noticeably reduced my nighttime restlessness and early morning wake-ups. I feel more rested and less foggy in the mornings. The added bonus is that PS 100 also seems to help with stress throughout the day. This combo has become a staple in my nightly routine!

I started taking this supplement, because my doctor prescribed it to me for concentration issues. I been having a hard time focusing. My doctor prescribed 1 pill a day for the first week and increased the dosage to two pills on the second week. However I felt dizzy and had really bad headaches. My doctor recommended to stay with one pill a day, and although occasionally I still have headaches I don’t feel dizzy. But I been able to concentrate better and focus not only on tasks but I noticed I have a better organized pattern of thinking. In regards to the product the pills do stick together the inside is a jelly filling but a good shake helps the pills become unstuck. Do not refrigerate the bottle but do keep it in a cool place. The pills have no flavor and are similar to the Advil liquid gels, easy to swallow in my opinion. I would recommend this product but always consult a doctor because of the side effects.

It’s a little easier to keep up with those who have younger brains. I miss my 29 year old brain. I’m 72 and so these capsules are pretty helpful. I take a couple a day.
