I use this in my backseat and my plug down at the feet area and gives off a good amount of blood of blue light. I have really dark tinted windows, so just add a little bit of some thing for the backseat when I’m not needing to use my plug in the back, if you’re planning on using it up front I think it would be a little blinding when driving depending on the location of your USB port have had this item for several months now very happy with it. I’ll leave it plugged in so anytime I’m out on the road. It’s always running. It has not burnt out. I have probably had it for four months or close to it if it works to burn out today, I would buy another one without any hesitation

I’m amazed at how much light this tiny ICBEAMER LED puts out. It fits perfectly in my car's USB port and the voice control works surprisingly well even with road noise. I love the music sync feature for night drives—it really changes the whole mood of the interior. For such a small price, it's a fantastic upgrade.

I bought this nifty little usb light for my Jeep. The interior is black and there’s not enough lighting in it, so this light was the perfect addition. It’s small (smaller than a quarter), easy to store when I unplug it, and super bright when it’s plugged in. I love that it doesn’t get hot to the touch. I also love that it’s offered on several colors. I got the purple/pink.

Bought this to illuminate the back seat area for my daughter. It isn't extremely bright but adds the right amount of light for her to enjoy being in the back at night. Doesn't bother driving at night. Almost like a cool little night light for your vehicle.

If you want the RGB version to be able to hold any setting, or you want it for its capability to show red only, or switch slowly between colors, forget buying this. The first few times it's ok, but having to manually change the color setting every single time you get into your car gets old and it just makes it very artificial, standing out instead of blending into the mood of the car. Also, the LED is on one side of the board and, as a result, gives a very "directional" color effect. At least in the case of my setup, either it lit up the side and illuminated, but had an awkward cutoff, or it pointed out to where it wouldn't really be visible. The good news is the type of USB design used allows for insertion in both directions. Suffice to say, however, I quickly got another similar product after this that just lit up in simple red. Also in this video, this was pretty much the most consistent the audio-changing light ever was due to the very obvious pause in the music, but generally, it just felt like it was randomly flashing colors otherwise, which is ok, but not really what's being advertised.

Looks and works exactly as described I have had it for almost a week and have found no defects or problems if you're looking for an item like this I would extremely suggest picking one up

Not as bright as I thought it could be as it is LED technology. I need to know if it is safe to plug into the interior, center, closed space console of my Nissan Rogue? I am wondering if it might be to hot or be a fire danger? If so, you need to post that on the profile page. Thanks!

For me to both write a review AND include a photo is a rare phenomenon! But I was compelled to share my joy at finding a simple fix to my problem of dashboard darkness. I complained to the Mazda dealership, shocked that they didn’t see this as problematic, especially with these newer electronic cars with infotainment controls below the dash. Lack of light can be a safety issue. Until I found these, I thought I’d have to buy those party strip lights. But this mini light just pops into a usb port & VOILA! light! And only for $6. I’m ordering more, some to put into Xmas stockings of family/friend drivers. I’ll make this a car-themed gift Xmas. P.S. I’ve run into a major problem. It pops in easily, but I can’t get it out! I’ve tried uxsing a rubber glove for grip; I’ve even tried pliers.

This is a very cheaply made product and came apart immediately and was then stuck in our USB port in the truck had to use tweezers to get ahold of it to pull out. Don’t waste your money!

The packaging does not match the one they advertise. This product is worth 4 dollars CAD and is marked up to 20$ CAD? What a rip off! Cheap quality and not bright at all. I am so disappointed.
