If one has a moderate to severe bunion where the big toe is crooked inwards, I have found that other toe spacers are simply not wide enough to provide much correction. These ones (in the large size) do. Comfortable and easy to wear in shoes and wash.

I ordered large in another brand and they were so narrow that they didn't keep my big toe from touching my second toe. These are large enough to provide the separation. I have also been doing toe stretches to help the flexibility of my big toe (bunion) and it keeps the spacer from feeling too big

I can where these with slippers but not with my walking shoes.Generally I've added these to the metal splint I wear at nightto encourage to big toe to realign. The gel spacers add tothe splint between big toe and next one.One foot can take all this for the entire night; (that's the one needing movement).The other gets uncomfortable and I remove splint and get spacer on the other foot in the middle of the night.(Maybe I'm over doing on that foot).

My sister has only been able to get the shorter gel spacers. Since I have been able to buy these longer spacers my sisters' bunion has improved. Be careful when you order them so you don't order more then you need. I ordered them by the box and might have spacers for a lifetime. :)

I wear a I’ve 13,14. This are the best I’ve tried for everyday use. The only reason I know they are there, is because I know they are there!!

These cause burning when I use them new out of the package. Over time they get compacted to a smaller size and grow less irritating. I definitely have an allergy to what would most likely be latex. I will not buy these again
