I haven't had a chance to try it yet. But no doubt in the summer this will be very handy

Unfortunately the aperture into which the umbrella/parasol fits is only 2.8cm in diameter. The parasol we intended to take caravanning would not fit. However, we have a larger parasol with a slimmer shaft which does fit. At this late stage we decided to take the larger one.

Too small for 22mm pole not worth returning was on offer shame it looks ok but to small for my parasol thought by description it would have fit

Had already purchased similar one so didn’t check size ! Used hammer to get it into grass and upon trying to put my umbrella in found it’s too small for any of my 3 beach/garden umbrellas that I have . Very disappointed but can’t send back due to marks made on it by getting it into grass . Don’t make the mistake I did check the size !
