Wanted to understand myself a little better, would really rate this book for unpacking where things stem from in a very easy and profound way.

IV BOUGHT THIS BOOK 5 TIMES NOW.Myself, friends and family; each one of us is so different, which makes this book perfect for everyone. its a simple read so its easy for people who dont have time or who are unwilling to pick up a self help book.it truly help clarify deep trauma and self awareness, and helped guide me through some difficult emotions that needed to be released. I feel without this book I wouldn't be as happy or peaceful with myself.I cannot thank the authors enough. its helped me strengthen my relationships and connect on a deeper level with loved ones and with life.Get it, you won't regret the time reading it.

After spending the last few years healing, I'd hit a bit of a lull. I knew there was more but wasn't sure what that next step looked like. This book was it. I thoroughly enjoyed reading every page, it's so easy to read and understand, without feeling like you're being told the same stuff just regurgitated. It was truly fantastic and I would go as far as saying it was life changing. Not because anything massive and dramatic happened, but multiple times I had to put the book down, and just say wow, that's it, I've let that go. Or wow I didn't even know I was doing that but I instantly feel lighter now I am observing it. I could go on (I kind of already have lol). I'm just very passionate because I understand how a good book can stay with you forever. This one certainly will. Thank you

I like for the fact that it is very convenient to bring it anywhere. Its is easy to understand and helps people like me who had been depressed from trauma to release the inner joy and have a proper mind set.
