How do you turn off the horrendous beeps that happen every time I touch a button on the control panel. It's really hurting my ears!!!

If you don't want any sound or want to lower it I think the panel has setting. I got in contact with the supplier by email and he emailed back how to do a problem we had. Perhaps suggest you do the same.we had a booklet but it was a bit complicated to fathom . From the Amazon sale on your account you can email Amazon to send them an email or give contact email or look your order up for suppliers name
