Great low-calorie snack
I love these. The bag size is perfect, and I love that the serving size is a bag, not a portion of one. The flavor is great, and when I crave something crunchy these are a much healthier alternative to a bag of potato chips. The intensity of flavor can vary from bag to bag. Some bags are spicier than others, but I don’t mind. Overall it’s filling, and I think that although a bit more expensive than other snacks, it’s worth the price.

Ashapops popped water lily seeds
These were old stale products. They were soft and had a horrid taste. I buy these normally at a supermarket and they are crisp, crunchy and delicious. Will not be purchasing from Amazon again!

My fav but the only problem is the portion size is way too small and the cost is way too expensive .

Just OK, Nothing Groundbreaking...
IMO they are worth about a third of the price for the delivery of flavor. Texture is nice and light.
