This is just what I needed! I had terrible back tightness and muscle pain to the point of headaches I finally related it to the large belly issue and got this. I have used it now for 3 days and I love it. Why? Because now I can work longer without having to go sit down and rest. This will help me to work on reducing my belly too now that I can move around. It is made very well and closes to the side which is smart so that it is easier to close and open. When using the restroom I can just fold it from the bottom up and go without having to take it off.

Gives good support to the lower abdomen and more comfortable than most binders by far, and I've tried a LOT. I had to take off one star for comfort; the edges of the velcro can abrade the skin if it's not perfectly centered. Overall, though, I'm very happy to have found it. It's been the only binder I've found that controls the overhang of a severe ventral hernia and has given me a measure of a better quality of life. Thank you, Uriel!

awesome so far perfect for me I had surgery for my back hernia and my was hurting so bad. I couldn't do my walking like i needed to. But after the outside healed up good I was still having trouble walking from my pain level. I had gained to much weight cause all I could hardly do for 3 years was sit in my bed. I kept getting wrong diagnosis finally found a doctor to help and I had the surgery and now got to get this weight off but couldn't stand long yet so I ordered the hernia belt it is going to work great.

Initially, it really helped my lower back pain. Eventually though, it began to roll in the back. It was much less supportive at that point. Washing it temporarily keeps it from rolling, but after two wearings, it goes back to rolling.

Does not work, does not stay in place. Rides down almost immediately after putting it on, have to keep pulling it back up, readjusting. Difficult to put on. Definitely not made for old fat guys. Waste of 40 bucks....

I’ve ordered several else. This is the best one so far as outstanding support. My son loves it. Also only thing I wish the company would make an a 3X possibly four extra large larger people.

I have to return this. Order XXL because I measured 46" and this is in the range for XXL according to the online product description. Received package today, earlier than expected, which was nice. The packaging lists an XXL(size 5) as size range 47.50 -51.25 inches. It is too big. I need the next size down only XL(size4) for 43.50 - 47.25 inches. The product itself seems to be made well. Sturdy, but not stiff. There's enough surface of hook & loop. It should not pull apart accidently.

I had a spinal fusion a few weeks ago I have my prescribed brace for getting outside walking ect it’s to large to sit in taking it on and off just to walk a few steps. This support helps while I sit and do small steps inside. It doesn’t take the place of theRx one but definitely feel the difference with how my back feels while wearing it even sitting.

This provided no support whatsoever and made no difference. Plus the advertising says free international shipping and I was charged..
