I'm pretty skeptical of supplements, but after suffering back to back flu and colds for almost 6 months with no reprieve, I was desperate for some relief and all I got from my doctor was "Well its just a cold so we can't do anything." After some internet research I thought this might be my best option and decided to shell out the money for it, i'll admit its pricey, but I was willing to try anything at that point. I started taking this and I haven't had a single illness since. I catch everything, I have a crappy immune system more interested in attacking itself than outside illnesses, and this is the longest I've went without a cold or flu in a long time. Even when I've thought I might be coming down with something it cleared up in a day instead of being one of the 3 week marathon colds I'm used to getting. Maybe it wasn't this. Maybe I've been more careful with hand washing, keeping my house clean, ect. All I know is that I was sick all the time, I started taking this, and I'm not sick anymore, and I'm not too interested in stopping just to see if I get sick again.

Also, anytime I felt myself possibly getting a little rundown I would take two capsules instead of one and I never got sick.

I would recommend this product to anyone who is not feeling their best. I felt the difference right away! I was not as tired after taking it and have not gotten sick easily like I used to from colds and viruses. I had a friend that recommended this product to me because it helped her and her children because they were suffering from the symptoms of lyme disease and once they started taking it they have felt better ever since! It is worth every penny.

I like this product and my doctors recommended it for me. I had the flu and shingles within a month of each other. My immune system was shot. I have been taking this product for a year and a half now and have not been sick!!

I don't know what it is about this vitamin but it seems to do the job. I was told about this at my local compound pharmacy when picking up other items. I am not sure exactly what the ingredients are but whenever I stop taking them, I seem to get sick and when I do take them, I don't get sick very often. They are very expensive so only worth taking if you think they work for you. I find them cheaper on Amazon then they are at the store. The 500mg is as high as $60 in the store which makes them $2 a pill and that is a lot!

I get bad sinus infections and respiratory flu (coughing hard for 3 weeks when I get sick). Taking this now and I don't get sick even though others around me get sick. Got sick once a month ago and for the first time in my life I got well in 4-5 days!! I take it 3-5 times a week. I'll never be without it!
