This beats the claw clips that everyone is wearing and these have held my silky straight hair through a power yoga class. When they’re in you barely see them and if you take them out you can easily slide into your back pocket or throw in a purse. Sleek and cool.

Now that I know how to use these, I like them. If my hair is too clean it is harder to get a good hold

I bought this under the impression that I could fit two fingers inside the U-shape, but I could only fit one. The metal does not grip the hair and it is bent easily with enough force. It is very cute and easy to use but I wouldn't recommend this specific pin.

These look great if you can get them to stay in your hair. They’re not great quality (there’s weird holes in the ends of the metal pins) and 3 of the 4 pins bent the first day we received them. These don’t stay in my thin curly hair or in my daughters’ hair (one girl has thick curly hair and my other girl has super thick wavy hair). We’ve tried several styles trying to use these pins, but haven’t been able to get them to stay too long. We’re disappointed for sure.

This holds well and isn’t sharp on the ends. It’s a great hair clip! I holds up my fine hair great. I would recommend.

I love these clips. I have extremely thick long hair. I can put my hair in a pony tail and wrap it Ina bun and secure it with these clips. They hold very well.

These are very high quality plastic but they are too short to do many hairstyles. Also I don’t have particularly thick hair and find that the prongs are not pointy enough to go through my hair when trying to put them in.

U pins can get negative reviews for not holding up hair, but this is just for people who don’t know how to properly use them. As long as you can hook a section of hair within another twist in your hair to secure, these are effective. Gold is a great polished accessory for either dressed up or casual looks

At first I couldn't figure out how to put these into my hair. However, I googled a few instructional videos and this helped me a lot to figure out how to best use this in my medium length curly hair. After a few weeks of use, I'm now an expert at using them to put my hair up quickly and efficiently. It stays in and holds my hair all day.
