This doesn't necessarily make them organic because mushrooms from wild places are not necessarily grown in organic conditions - I have discovered that other companies source their mushrooms from heavily polluted parts of China. On that note, just because a company says the product is made in the UK doesn't mean that the ingredients are all sourced in the UK.I haven't got the equipment to provide evidence of anything but if the seller would produce a list of sources (country and region) for traceability of their mushrooms I'm sure some people would find it useful.
