Great blend of spices. Good flavor, good level of heat without taking away from the taste.

This makes a very tasty Italian sausage. It would be nice if it didn't have the added sugar (not necessary in my opinion since the sausage is definitely on the sweet side). Overall pleased with the flavor and ease of use. We get many one pound packages of ground pork when we purchase half a pig. I mix this seasoning into one pound of pork and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. Delicious.

This seasoning from leggs is outstanding. It flavors 25 lbs of meat perfectly. I use it in my deer meat and it taste fantastic.. just work it around in 25 lbs of meat and it comes out great. You will have people asking for your recipe. Great product, shipped quickly.

Super flavorful, and very much like Italian seasoning should taste like. I didn't use as much as called for and the flavor is still very good. Will buy again!

This makes terrific tasting sausage - not really a full blown Italian style but probably closer to that thananything else. No heat - just a very nice flavor. Our household favorite.
