BW USA Ergo-Lock 1.0 Grips – Dual Lock-On MTB Bike Handlebar Grips - Multiple Color Options

I like them for easy riding but they do have some play. They would need to be dual lock to feel more solid

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this as a low cost replacement for some thin uncomfortable grips that came on a bike. They appear to be copies of the Ergon GA2. I've used Ergon GE1 grips in the past and loved them. However, I wanted the open end so I could try out different grip widths before cutting my handlebars down. The BW's appeared to be a darker pumpkin orange over the Ergon's Juice Orange, so I opted for the copies. In reality they are a little brighter than what the image shows. Anyway, color aside, the comfort on these grips is superior to what came on the bike, but not as good as the GE1. The real problem with these is the non lock-ring side twists under light pressure (as you can see in the video). Being as most your grip pressure is on that side, these grips are a no-go for even moderate MTB riding. They are probably suitable for more of a rec/green-way user, but for that you may prefer the added wrist support of the Ergon GA3.

We got this as a replacement on our kids balance bike. Fortunately, handle bar diameters appear to be a universal 22mm. It only took seconds to install.It's a bit on the costly side for what it is. We'll make sure to get the value by moving it to the pedal bike when that happens.Also, while the word USA is in the title, according to the packaging, these are made in Taiwan.

These are good quality grips but the only thing is that the color doesn’t match the description.. the purple color is more of a violet rather than the dark purple that’s pictured. That’s the only thing though, otherwise it’s a great product and I would recommend it.

Nice at first, but after one summer the rubber or plastic deteriorates and gets sticky. Can’t use anymore. Very disappointed

The grips look great and fit your hands perfectly but they are not sturdy. The grip flexes/rotates on the bars. This is not a clamp issue but the middle of the grip rotates. Not recommended for mountain biking as they move around way too much giving you an uneasy feeling that they will snap.

My original grips on my bike were way better quality, these would twist and weren’t very secure
