The media could not be loaded. Replaced few years old juicer for this one. So far well happy with it.Pros:- easy to assemble and clean- compact- quiet (apart of high fibre content veggies like/fruits like rhubarb or celery sticks - vid attached)- juicing kale/spinach is not a problem anymore 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Cons:- odd squeezing noise when juicing celery for instance- container for the waste it’s really small so I rather use a bowl to collect the wasteTip worth one bar of gold -—-> when juicing celery, cut it in small pieces, it won’t clog the machine! Your welcome 😊

I use it for juicing fruit and veg. The only disadvantage is that it blocks very easily on the waste bit. Opening would be better if it was larger for rubbish to get rid of.

I had high hopes. Ceramic auger! Sounds promising. A company consciously trying to reduce the amount of plastic parts, and you'd think that ceramic would equal more juicing power right? Wrong.I tried juicing carrots on the finest setting - what do you get? A juice that is more like a carrot mush, with chunks of carrot in it. Not really a juice at all. Now I've tried braun and Omega juicers before, I know what juice should come out like. This ain't it.CELERY: trying to juice celery was a disaster. Just as with the carrots the juice came out very pulpy (not on the pulp setting on the fine setting) the juicer just doesn't remove enough of the fibrous material. So needed to be strained afterwards. Worse, the pulp outlet gets blocked after just a few sticks and so the juicer doesn't eject the pulp. It builds up. I found at one attempt that the auger had become so hot due to this build up of pulp that it was TOO HOT TO TOUCH! Part of the selling point of masticating juicers is that they juice with less heat not more!!! The clean up operation is a complete waste of time, because you have to take the machine apart several times and manually get the built up pulp out of the poorly designed nozzle. It gets jammed in there hard and it is not easy to get out.I tried cutting up the celery into small pieces and this improved things a little but didn't fix the problem. Besides the point of buying this juicer was to have LESS work to clean it up not MORE! This machine requires way more work than a standard centrifugal. It also isn't because it is an auger/masticating juicer. I have used an Omega juicer and didn't have any of the problems encountered with this one.It simply doesn't do the job. I'm not sure who is giving it all these high ratings or what they are juicing, but I highly suggest you do not buy this unless you what to spend most of your morning trying to pull vegetable pulp out of a difficult to access spout.

I bought this machine to replace my other one that broke and read all the blurb about the ceramic worm etc. But when I used it to juice a pineapple the exit hole blocked up and the juice was backing up. Had to take it apart to clean it before I could carry on. Tried it the next day and the same thing happened. Normally I could juice things one after the other if I’m blending but now I have to dismantle and wash it for each different fruit. The exit hole is not that easy to clean either. So as I say a bit disappointed and wish I had bought another make.

It's simple to assemble and easy to clean. Works well and makes good celery juice. That is all I've used it for up to now so I don't know how well it works for other juices.

I was really excited to receive the juicer; I wasn’t disappointed. Easy to assemble and very quiet. Looks good in my kitchen. Make fantastic juice; Best Buy in ages !

I bought this for.a celery cleanse but unfortunately, this cute little machine can not process celery as it gets stuck every time
