I’ve been using Patanjali Dant Kanti for a while now, and it’s one of the best herbal toothpastes I’ve tried. It gives a strong, refreshing feel and keeps my mouth fresh for hours. Teeth feel clean and whole mouth feels very fresh. Be prepared --- the toothpaste is brown due to the ground cloves etc. I was given a tube of this toothpaste by a friend from India. I enjoyed it enough to buy the 10 pack of smaller tubes to pass out to family members at a small Christmas party as a novelty. All reported back positively.
