I used these to insulate in-ceiling speakers. The provided a baffle and improved sound, and they also were easy to fold and stick up through the speaker hole. I was able to unfold them inside the wall and glue them to the drywall.

Covered my in-ceiling speakers.
These are great. I used them to cover my 8" in ceiling speakers to keep the attic insulation and dust out. The work like a champ and keeps the sound in the room. Not in your attic.

They Work. Very Happy
We have 47 can lights in our house. We have attic access to 41 of those. We installed CanCoverIt low profile over all of them. It was raining during the install time. We immediately noticed a lower home humidity and overall comfort level. Literally the day we did this. Energy savings are unknown yet however expectations are they will go down. But the comfort level in the home alone was worth it
