A bit pricy but great IMHO. This is a reward for me about every other month. It’s such a treat. Love the flavor, the crunch, and actually a cereal that’s not vitamin infused cardboard. Lakanto is the best when it comes to monk fruit sugarfree sweeteners and other products that are keto and diabetic friendly.

I use this to put on top of my yogurt. It tastes great in all the flavors I have used it on so far. I like the crunch it gives to an otherwise boring snack.

i have enjoyed other Lakanto products. this granola is tasty, but other brands that are just as tasty was a few dollars cheaper and has more protein. plan to buy other brands in the future for slightly cheaper price and higher protein content.

For a sweetened Keto food, this is pretty good. The first time eating it, I wasn't too sure if I would like it. I was using vanilla unsweetened almond milk. The flavors did not blend well. I have used plain unsweetened and also 2% regular milk. I definitely like the regular milk over almond with this granola. I love having this as a snack especially when I need a carb-up in the evening to help me sleep.

There was a strong stale oil smell coming from the bag when I opened it. The stale flavor wasn't as strong, but still present. In looking at the ingredients, it seems to me that it's the sunflower seeds that are old. I might buy them again and update when I open the new bag.Otherwise, the sweetness is just right and there is no nasty aftertaste as one gets with other sweeteners.
