The most important thing to know is that it works it does what it claims to. In the humid weather my basement and downstairs family room is prone to Funky moldy smell. It took care of that right away. I also sprayed this on a carpet in a room where the person is sickly and therefore to me the room does not smell Pleasant. While doing spring cleaning I use this on the rug, and the mattress. Again it's freshened everything. I recommended it to someone who has a new apartment that had centipedes and eliminated that problem. This is not inexpensive but the value was good because it works

Been using this product for over 15 years. I have not found anything else that works so well. Even take it on vacation to spray my motel room and bathroom down.

Extremely leaky spray bottle. Liquid pouring onto floor during spraying. Had to transfer to another spray bottle.

I could not use this product in my home and it is non returnable.Not happy at all
