Axel Scheffler Treasury of Rhyming Stories: Rhyming Stories with CD

There are three fun rhyming stories in this book as well as a short CD recording. It’s a cute book for toddlers who like animals. I would recommend it for ages 1-3. It’s not become a favorite here but is a nice book.

A great collection of nursery rhymes which my 3 year old daughters loves. I just uploaded the cd onto amazon music and then using the amazon echo just say read me "Treasure of Rhyming Stories" The stories them self's are quick and its something that be read in about 5 minutes. Its definitely fits that criteria where say my daughter once to read another book and you want something you can read quickly/short story.For your reference there are 3 stories "Katie the kitten" "Pip the dog" and "Freddy the frog" all the stories are lovely and supported through fantastic illustrations my daughter loves the stories and pictures.

thought it was rhyming songs ,but turns out its stories that would be ok ,but the stories don't last very long

My three year old daughter loves this and knows it word for word now. The book is really sturdy so I can leave her alone to read it along with the CD. Joanna Page is a really good choice as the narrator as she brings excitement to the already fun rhymes.

It’s missing a CD, so not as advertised. The front covered is ripped (see photo), would have been nice to know in advance but could live with it, no CD though is disappointing as it was the main reason for getting it for my little one.

Super book as are all of the collection.
