I can’t say enough good things about Papa Vince Hydroxytyrosol Olive Oil Extra Virgin. The flavor is absolutely delicious—fresh, smooth, and unlike any other olive oil I’ve tried. The golden-green color and outstanding aroma are proof of its quality, and I love that it comes straight from Italy. I use it every single day, both for cooking and as a dietary supplement, because it’s rich in polyphenols and so good for overall health. On top of all that, it’s a fantastic value for such a high-quality product. This has become a staple in my kitchen, and I’ve bought it many times already. I’ll definitely keep coming back for more—it’s that good!

Let me first say that my wife is of Greek heritage. As a child growing up, her mother used olive oil in just about everything that they ate. There were times when she said that the Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) that we get here in the states, they simply are not a high quality oil as opposed to some of the EVOO that she was used to from Greece and Italy. That is, until now. I purchased the Papa Vince EVOO for her to try. I have to say, she was esctatic. She said that this oil is wonderful and it's exactly how she remembered EVOO was when she was growing up. Papa Vince's EVOO, although to some it may appear expensive, it is very much worth the price. Even I am not accustomed to spending that kind of money on EVOO. Why? Becuase I've spent too much time buying the cheaper quality and never realized just how much high quality and low quaility EVOO differ in taste. My wife suggests that we use Papa Vince's EVOO for use in salads and as a dipping sauce (EVOO, garlic). Being that this oil is single soucrced, it makes it all the more reason why we will continue to buy this brand. We want consistency and you will not get that from any other EVOO unless they also identify as single sourced. Papa Vince, you've sold us and no, I was not compensated for this review. Your family really produces a very rich & delightful olive oil with the best quality and benefitial health properties. I feel thankful that in my search for "the real stuff" , reading tons of reviews and product descriptions I have found Papa Vince, now we are consuming our second bottle and subscribed to get it every month.

This olive oil is second-to-none! First of all, the label reads "ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil." That's it, only 1 single ingredient and this oil is as pure as gold. The moment you catch the aroma out of the bottle and have the fortunate opportunity to taste this magical olive oil, you will never be able to even look in the direction of grocery shelf oils or even boutique store sold olive oils. If you have never tasted authentic olive oil, upon sampling Papa Vince's for the first time, you may be inclined to think something is awry. Trust me, it is not. Most have probably never tasted truly natural and freshly farmed olive oil. Oils sold here in the states have added preservatives and chemicals which, while they do prolong shelf life, they also compromise the benefits, both from a taste and health perspective. Also, you can tell that this is the real deal by how it is packaged and bottled. No olive oil that is worth it's salt can be seen through its container. Clear or semi-transparent bottles do not protect the properties of the oil. We all know that most grocery store olive oils are visible through the bottle so that should say it all. I understand that the cost of this oil looks daunting but trust me, it is worth the investment! Your food will never taste the same again. Having this olive oil as an accompaniment, no longer do we simply eat a meal, we experience it!

I came across this product accidentally while searching for an olive oil extract, Hydroxytyrosol . This Oil is advertised as cold pressed produced, extra virgin, made in Sicily and it is family run business, not an industrial product. It is tasting great, either taken as two tablespoon on an empty stomach with lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt, either with your preferred salad(I use it with tomato and black pepper). The owner puts heart and passion into making it and it's a pleasure for me to reward them back with gratitude and respect. Hat off!

Delicious Olive oil. W3 have purchased it 6 times. I have read many reviews and some people write poor reviews based on their palate. However, if you understand olive oil, it is not unlike wine. Not all are the same and not all taste the same. The bottle is glass which is important in storing olive oil. Value is ok, it is expensive, however worth the price. Color of the oil is crisp looking with good texture. Simple to use.

.Pappa Vince's Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an exceptionally favorable taste. I am trying out various olive oils and this one so far has the best flavor. I am also attracted to the exceptional nutritional benefits which this company documents the significant nutritional components. Despite all of this, the price is comparable to many of the other EVOO.

Thin texture, weak flavor, no peppery bite. I can do better at Walmart for much less.

As advertised, albeit quite pricey.

Arrived on time and as promised. I thought the oil was bottled in Italy, it’s actually bottled in California. The taste is smooth and slight peppery feel in throat, but Not peppery enough for the amount of polyphenol claimed. I would Not buy again

I've purchased this product many times and have always thought of it as a five star product, however, I noticed that the bottle has changed for my last purchase and if I'm being completely honest, I don't know if this is purely psychological or really a change in the product. I buy this olive oil and I drink two tablespoons of it a day, straight. I don't mix this product in my salads or homemade dressings because it is so good. By drinking it straight, I noticed a positive health effect. However, with the last purchase, the bottle was different. It was round instead of square/rectangular and they also use a cheaper lid which doesn't close well. It still has the taste of a proper olive oil (although I have had a cold for a month and my taste buds are a little messed up), but they lose a star because I don't feel as good as I did previously. I don't think my cold plays a role in this because I still had some from my previous bottle while being under the weather and it tasted the same. But the physical benefits I experienced previously are not as prevalent. This could totally be a psychological thing because of the cheaper packaging, but I can only speak to my perspective at this point, so I'm sticking with my story. Go back to the black plastic cap as this new aluminum cap doesn't close properly and is not befitting of a premium product.
