Sturdy and decent quality - Good quarantine weights.
Overall, great value. I filled each with 30lbs of sand (I made 5lbs of sand in ziploc bags and taped them shut) and they are strong and super adaptable. I have a young son (2 years) and I can keep them in the house since the weights are soft. My son has a little sand playpen and I just took sand out of that. You can buy a 50 pound bag of all purpose sand or clay sand from Home Depot for like $4. I used a luggage scale and a Walmart bag to weigh out the portions.Once you get through about 20 pounds, they can be a little difficult to get inside the bag due to the size of the handles, but if you make your sandbags a little longer and thinner they will slide through fine. If you’re just pouring the sand in this is not a problem. The top does stay a teeny bit open, so I wouldn’t recommend just freely pouring sand in.At the end I ended up with two kettle bell sandbags each way in about 26 pounds that I use day to day. I have an extra 5 pound bag of sand for each that I add in to make it 31 pounds for some exercises. I’m really out of shape, so this is more than enough for me for quite a while. The fabric can easily hold more though.

Good quality
This holds much more then 20 pounds. I ended up buying 2 sets and have made a 35 pound set and a 25 pound set.

Fill with pebbles
Each of these has 20lb of river rock inside and they work perfectly for what I needed. Low cost alternative to solid kettle bells.

Technically, you can put anything in there.
The denser and smaller the medium, the heavier I suppose. I have beans. I use beans. pinto beans. I may or may not have put a few 1/2 lb iron bars and some hacky sacks in there.

Extremely disappointed and covered in sand...
Had high hopes for these. I was pretty disappointed. Used them as kettlebells, that was an ultimate failure. The handle is way too lose to successfully complete a swing. The slack is wayyy too much. ALSO, they DO NOT stay rolled and closed. I was covered in sand. I filled one to about 15-16 lbs and the other to about 25-26lb. Both came unrolled and leaked sand everywhere. You know what’s an awful feeling? Being sweaty and covered in scratchy sand. If you do decide to purchase these, HEED MY WARNING DO NOT PUT SAND IN THERE, use rocks or weights to put inside. This is what I get for not wanting to spend the money on actual quality metal kettlebells.

Good enough for light duty.
If you're traveling and staying at one location for a while. This is a decent buy.BUT, do not expect these to last long.Less than 3 months and one of the handle strap broke. For long term, buy real kettle bells. Well taken care of and those will last forever.

Does not seal completely
The bag just closes with a fold and is held somewhat closed with a strap and buckle. To keep sand from spilling everywhere, I used a couple Ziploc bags to hold sand, taped them shut with packing tape, then put in these canvas bags. Very sturdy and no spilling sand!
