Amazon Basics Balance Stability Disc Cushion

My physiotherapist suggested a balance cushion and I purchased this one. Very please with the quality and comes with a pump. Great value as well.

Great value cushion that does what I needed. Not the most comfortable for sitting on for long periods if fully inflated.

Needed an aero step type device... saw this, bought it, it's great.The only difference with the aero step is the shape.Comes with a sturdy little pump.... adjust the air pressure to alter the balance feel.Theses balance devices are a simple idea.... this product comes with the simple price. Buy one, they're all you need.

Yeah, they're good - to be honest, I don't really know how to use them in terms of how much to blow them up to make it harder or easier to use, so I chose to the former and blow them up so they're quite big. They keep the pressure and I haven't had to pump them up to keep them up or anything. I'm reasonably heavy, and they can withstand me standing on them and doing some squats. Would recommend.
