Great for Candida!
This is ONE OF THE VITAMINS I took this while I was still nursing my daughter but wanted to get rid of yeast imbalance (along with a refined sugar free diet)...it is powerful enough to attack yeast but gentle enough that my milk stayed :-) I would recommend!
