Q: So if not threaded for bar weights what woukd need to get to weight the bars?

Aftermarket Bar-End weights are available from Cycle-Gear or Kuryakyn or many other vendors that sell them. You can search Amazon, I found and purchased Kuryakyn weights from Prime! They are a 2 or 3 piece bar end that expands inside the ends of the handlebars when you tighten the Center Allen bolt, much like the steering/handlebar stem piece on bicycles like the old school 10 speeds!

Q: Do these have the "nubs" to attach the cable/wire holders to so the wires that run to all the switches stay in place?

No nubs. But stock cables will be fine.

Q: Do these take any 1" grips? Any that you would recommend that pair well with this?

Yes, they are supposed to take any 1" grip, but you would have to drill them for grips that have internal wiring. I bought a set of Kuryakin grips on Amazon when I bought the bars, and they slipped on like they were made for them. A really nice feel to whole set-up.

Q: Will these fit a 2015 yamaha 1300 deluxe?

They are designed for Royal Star Tour Deluxe thru 2009 and Tour Ventures through 2012. I suggest you go to the Baron Customs website to verify proper fit for your Star product.
