I'm 5'5" and weigh 160...I usually wearing a size 6/8 in dresses and I'm a 34DD. I ordered the size Medium, and it fit, but was very form fitting (which I was okay with) but I could have also probably gotten away with the large. I would say go for a Medium! :)
