Easy install, but not quiet, no suction
After about 1 month use, this unit is going back. I install this is a small bathroom, and it can't even handle the steam from a shower. It needs to turn on for another 5-10 mins after shower to clear the steam and water vapor on the tile. that's with window open.Great price, installation is same as other exhaust fan. but it's noise for 70 CFM fan. You can hear it even with the shower is on. I put this in a secondary bathroom that only use occasional. otherwise I would return it. 70CFM is pretty bad for this model, maybe due to the 3" outlet. most are 4". Even for a small bathroom, it can't pull out most steam from the shower. need to open window or leave it on for couple more minutes after shower.

Fan itself is great
The directions are terrible and contrary to the ad it can't be mounted from below without cutting a big hole. It mounts easily from above in the crawlspace like every other standard fan. It's quiet and pulls well.
