It’s a pretty heavy moisturizer but I think it would be ok for oily skin.

Why does this create fine crumbs on my skin when I rub it in?

Hmmm not sure I would try running it between palms and pressing it on ...in the video they show that's how to use ..you can goggle video....it is a nice cream maybe your skin just doesn't take to the ingredients....easy to return.
