Yup, made in china. Just like 90% of everything else you've bought in the last decade or so. But that is another conversation.RACOR equivalent is around a hundred bucks.This thing works just fine for diesel applications , mounts easy and cost about as much as lunch alone, insted of dinner with the wife.Just use some common sense and do it right and it will be fine. That said, if you’re working at a skill level that you don’t know not to run gasoline through plastic anything mabey you shouldn't be installing this yourself to begin with.Im getting older and really didn’t like changing that filter under the floor. Also had a bad batch of fuel this winter (water in fuel). Stopped the little machine in its tracks when it was 12 degrees out and snow on the way which is what pushed me over the do i wanna keep crawling under this thing edge.Heed all the do not over tighten warnings crawl under there one more time , use some common sense and it will be just fine. I would suggest a shut off valve as seen in figure #1DONT RUN GASOLINE THROUGH IT.Take a shower and go buy your wife dinner.

These filters are great for my diesel fuel filter. They last at least 15,000 Km and are easy to replace. They also include a replacement O-ring.

This was a mod for my Kubota tractor. The filter seems to be well-made, installed easily, and except for a stubborn seeping leak, worked perfectly.Installation tip: use yellow fuel-rated thread tape instead of the white plumbers tape that comes with the filter, and it will seal the fittings better

I ordered this to install on my tractor and remove the crappy factory fuel filter. Great product and i am not sure if just my bad luck but gasket leaked while tractor not running. Start it up leak stops. Unthread reseat it try again..... same result. So order a replacement and move on about my day.Well without delay new one comes in i swap them out, lube the gasket thread it all back together. Same result. Tractor running no leak shut it down wait 5-6 minutes and drip drip drip.....currently shopping for a different brand.

Description says "Marine" but I use these on all my tractors and machines, great filter and water seperator in one great package, best out there

This is a perfect replacement Fuel Water Separator filter we use on our 1998 Mercury 115

I bought this to filter the vacuum pump oil for my freeze dryer. That way I didn’t have to replace the oil nearly as often. It separates water from the oil where the water is drained from the clear bowl as it becomes visible in the bowl. Great product.
