Best eyeliner
I donât write many reviews, but I must for this eyeliner! I have tried so many brands. Most will smear or wear off in a few hours. This eyeliner stays on all day and I donât look like a panda bear in a few hours after putting it on. I will always only wear this brand for now on. Itâs the best!!
