Easy to transport with a good taste
These taste good & are easy to mix up. When I am not feeling well, they do help me feel better; I am on a GLP & often don’t feel like eating. I am taking them out West to hopefully help me deal with high mountain altitude.

The Best
My go-to electrolytes for on the go, they always work. The packets are so convenient and the mix has a pleasant taste. It doesn't have as much sugar as some of the other electrolyte powders, and I prefer the flavor too.

This product will keep you from getting heat stroke and it’s refreshing, especially if it’s slushy
This product has hydration properties. I mix a bottle of it first thing in the morning in hot days. I leave it in the freezer until it’s slushy and easy to drink. Love the strawberry flavor. Keep the packets in your purse with a bottle to use when it’s really a hot day. I recommend this product.

Hydration- add to water. Great taste!
It’s so easy to drink! I have a hard time swallowing pills/vitamins !I add it to my water bottle before my work shifts (RN) or I feel like I need a boost.
