I don't like this sofa
I don't like this sofa. The bed part is nice and comfy and convenient. It can flip back and forth quickly, which is nice. But as a sofa it's terrible. If you sit in the middle you sink and the both ends flip up. The cushion is constantly slipping from the back creating an uncomfortable canyon at the back of the sofa.After a month of use, I realize buying this was a mistake.

Awful!
We have this sofa in a spare room where it does not get a lot of use. While I liked the styling, within a month it was already starting to sag, twist and pill. It is uncomfortable to sit on and looks messy immediately after use. If the sofa were less expensive maybe this would be acceptable, but at $1,999 plus shipping - the quality is very low. Contacted Gus but they said that wear is normal. Very sorry to have purchased this and will need to replace it as soon as I can.
