I’m really happy with this Hanes Dri-Fit shirt—it exceeded my expectations. The texture is smooth and lightweight, and it feels great against the skin. It’s incredibly comfortable to wear, keeps nice and cool for my pressure washing business out in the heat! Overall, it’s a well-made shirt that fits nicely and feels even better. I’ll definitely be picking up a few more. Good deal in my personal opinion.

True to size, great for DTF transfers if you want to make a professional shirt. Fabric is nice , breathable and good quality.

I am wearing the Hanes Cool Dri polo shirt right now. It has a ribbed collar and flat-seamed sleeves. WHAT I LIKE: The fit is exactly the same as every other Hanes polo I have worn — just order your usual American size. It’s a standard, traditional fit — it isn’t elastic, form-fitting, or clinging. The polyester fabric is very light and cool with a finish that is smooth, not meshy or lumpy. The finish is a little slippery, but that’s not a problem for me. I ordered black, which is very dark and opaque (not see-through). The price was very reasonable. I wash the Hanes Cool Dri polo shirt in biodegradable detergent on regular cycle with tap-cold water and maximum spin, and the shirt comes out wrinkle-free. Then I hang it on a plastic hanger on the shower rod and it is dry in a few hours. So that’s minimal care in my book. If you want to travel with the Hanes shirt, it packs light and hasn’t wrinkled, yet. If you want a shirt you can rinse out and hang up to dry overnight, this is it. WHAT I DON’T LIKE SO WELL: The only thing I don’t like is that the short sleeves are a little long, reaching to the middle of my elbows. I was going to send it back over the sleeves, but trusted advisors tell me that it looks fine. So, if it looks fine, it’s OK with me. DURABILITY: I have been testing my Hanes Cool Dri polo shirt by wearing all the time by itself and under a sweater or jacket for warmth. So far, my shirt has not shrunk, wrinkled, snagged, or pilled — the seams are still sewn tight. I wish I had longer term durability data for you, but then you couldn’t be reading my review now. ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES: Hanes Cool Dri polo shirts are made of synthetic polyester with no elastic fibers (like Lycra or Elastane). Polyester fabric is strong, clean, slightly absorbent, slightly shrinkable, and can be recycled. Lots of polyester is recycled from plastic water bottles, so that’s a good thing. Unfortunately, polyester is not very biodegradable (land fill estimate=100 years), although some bacteria and lichen have been found that degrade them. My Hanes Cool Dri polo shirt was made in El Salvador. RECOMMENDATIONS: Right now, I’m recommending Hanes Cool Dri polo shirts if you want a super light, inexpensive shirt and don’t mind the sleeves a little long. Wow what a great shirt! When I travel my shirt is always wet with perspiration. I wanted a polo shirt that looked nice, relaxed fit, and drys quick. This shirt has a silky smooth feel to it. I am 6' 3" at 230 lbs with a 36" waist. This shirt fits in a relaxed manner so it is not tight at all. Shoulder and arm movement is the best I have ever had in a polo shirt, It is also long enough to stay tucked in. The collar is thin but it has always laid flat and not curled on the ends. And it does dry quickly and is not uncomfortable in the sun like most synthetic shirts. The material even after several washings has held its finish, color, and shape. I also use and recommend you hang dry on a hanger. That way the material weave is not distorted by the heat of a too warm dryer. Also synthetic material is fairly wrinkle resistant. I knocked one on to the floor of the closet where it sat for a week till I get home. It was pretty wrinkled. I picked it up on it's hanger, took it to the bathroom and took a hot shower. The warm damp air lets the material relax and the wrinkles fall out. Gave it 15 minutes to dry and wore it that same evening.

These Cool-Dri shirts are the best when going to warm climates. I got them in three colors. They fit great, don't wrinkle when washed and last forever. Quick delivery as well.

These shirts are fantastic. However, I tried to order additional colors in my size (medium), and after multiple attempts, I kept receiving sizes other than the one I ordered. The problem still persists as of this writing. Just today, I attempted to order a medium navy shirt, but during the checkout process, I noticed that the shirt in my cart was a size large. I made two more attempts to order a medium, and every time it came back as large. The seller needs to fix the sizing options.

I usually buy Nike another more expensive golf shirts, but I thought I would give this a try. Wicking is great feeling is great well fitted and runs true to size. What else can I tell you it’s a good buy at $17 versus 50 for other top brands

I am 74, 193 lbs and 5ft 8 in. I bought the large size in dark blue and in white. I really like how these shirts fit. Other high SPF shirts were too snug so that my stomach and nips were very obvious. Embarrassing. This one hangs nicely without looking too boxey. The material is quite thin, soft, light and very comfortable. The finish is good, they are good looking shirts. The label says they can be machine washed with no special precautions other than not using fabric softener. I bought them for an upcoming trip to Mexico. I will report back on how cool they are and how they stand up after a couple of washes. Update: Due to Covid we did not take our trip but I have worn the shirt a number of times. I really like it. Even after a number of washes with no special precautions it still looks and feel great. In fact I came online to order a couple more. W word of caution about the colours. The navy is Ok but the white is almost too shiny and bright. I am a bit leery fo trying the red. Update: I did buy the red. It is very bright . It is named Deep Red but I would dispute that. I would have preferred a deeper shade but kept it for its fit and feel. Update: Here we are 3 years later and I am wearing the shirt. It looks as good as new. I might try a tee shirt in the same material Update: 5 years after and the shirts still look and feel great. I came to order more but my god , inflation has hit hard by a factor of about two point five.
