Does the belt clip allow the knife to sit horizontally as well as vertically? Did not understand answer of 7/4/20

No. It is impossible to move the belt clip because the backings for the screw sets are not an Alan-head. Therefore when you turn the screw head the backing just spins and there’s no way to keep it still while turning the screw.

I believe it’s made in Taiwan. Great edc knife and very low profile! Good retention and razor sharp out of box. Won’t be disappointed

Can you buy just the holster?

I’m assuming so if you contact Kabar CS but there are infinite custom kydex sheaths on the market for this knife.

Does this come in serrated as well?

Not the investigator to my knowledge, other TDI Models though, yes.
