My neighborhood store's white flour shelf has been empty since San Francisco's Shelter In Place a month ago. I guess no one wants to bake with whole wheat or gluten-free, because there's plenty of that left. Meanwhile my daughter is home baking cookies and my son wants to try some Eastern European chebureki meat pies from YouTube. So this 5lb bag of good old plain white flour from Nebraska came to my rescue, and came quickly. Thank you Nebraska.

I learned my 86 year old aunt wanted to bake cookies 🍪 and was out of flour. Amazon and Cooper’s Best All Purpose Flour came to the rescue.She does not like staying home 🏡 and told me she hates feeling like a little old lady 👵🏽 .Well, she now has her flour, her oatmeal, and her raisins and is ready to bake her cookies 🍪.

I highly recommend this flour. It is beautiful, sifted flour, farm cultivated in Nebraska! It is a small business. The packaging is also of high quality. I was wondering about ordering this when I placed my first order. I’m OCD and very picky about ingredients and I’m a fan of this brand.

The low reviews are because of product price and shipping gouging and my review somewhat reflects this as well. I am trying to recall if when I ordered this flour I read that it was bleached, because I try to not buy bleached flour. But this was also during the peak of the flour shortage in my area (now all at once all of these non-bakers are baking?!!), so perhaps I read that it was bleached, but I really needed flour (since I am someone who bakes all of the time) so ordered this product. And to be honest, I did not notice the shipping cost for this as I had made a HUGE order of other items as well, so I did not discover just how much I was being taken for until my order was broken down. So, will I buy this product ever again? The flour is actually quite nice and I like that I can easily close the bag it comes in. The flour is fine grade, easy to use, and makes great bread and cakes (even if bleached). But I will not buy this product again, and will not because of the way the company does business. I will even tell my fellow bakers to forego this company because of what they have done. Nonsense like this needs to be addressed and the company made aware that they are losing customers because of some dirty business at their end. Which is too bad, because otherwise I would purchase from them again.

This has to be the best flour I’ve ever used in baking. Non gritty, makes delicious breads and pastries! I only order this brand now!

High quality. Being pre-sifted it is very fine and works well for making bread.
