They keep their lifetime guarantee promise
The towel is so soft and lovely and a good size for a baby or toddler. Very soft on my sofa skin and doesn't shed on him. I was so upset when I'm holiday the hotel stsff accidentally took it and put it through their wash and it all hit ruined the towel. I was about to buy another when I saw their policy on lifetime guarantee and they have sent out a replacement with no questions asked other than my address! Great service, great product. Cute and soft

Lovely big baby towel
Its soft and quite big. Definitely too big for newborn. I started using it when my baby was 3 months old and still huge , but at least I can wrap her in it .
