Best friend loved it
I got this for my best friend to try and she absolutely loved it. Said it was some of the best black licorice she's ever had. Needless to say I was so happy she enjoyed so much.

Not what I was expecting
As a Brit I feel qualified to know the true flavor of this candy. This was not it! It was different from the usual ones which are also Bassetts that I can find locally now and again. This one even had jelly babies in the mix. I will not be ordering this again.

Out of date and hard
I'm sure the candies are good, but they sent me a package that was already a week out of date. You know that thing is old. Usually these candies have a sell-by date about a year out. Though the candies had good flavor, they were hard and tough. Very disappointed in the seller.

Not a strong black licorice flavor
As an avid fan of licorice all sorts I was excited to try a brand I hadn't tried before. Over its a pretty standard all sort, the flavor really wasn't there, and even the black licorice seemed muted in taste. Freshness was not there, and these felt and tasted stale. I would say if you are someone who doesn't like a strong black licorice, thos could be for you. The quantity for the price was very underwhelming.

The licorice is good but the package is very small. Price should be much less.

Six bags of Bassetts liquorice Allsorts. Bought for my dad during lockdown. Good purchase, no delivery problems. Will order again.

It woyld havw been 5 stars all round but the missing star is forvthe mussing Berties. Not one in any if the bags. Otherwise yummy as always.

Another Great Purchase
What a great product! To some ordering food from Amazon is unusual however you should not avoid them. Amazon send you the product in commercial boxing just like you see workers unload into the shoeves in your local supermarket, for this reason you are able to get great prices compared to your shop. This product in my opinion is 5* however this item is a perishable food item so it can all depend on taste ( There is no amazon refund option 'Don't like the taste' ) For this reason I would not order food in such quantity if you are not sure.
