Excellent keyboard for the price
What you recieve in the box MK5 Keyboard Keycap Puller Switch Puller 5x Extra Blue Switches User Manual Driver Install Disk Build quality: The build quality of this keyboards is great for the price. With the chassis being made out of metal this creates little to no flex in the structure. The keys feel premium (although a bit weird) with their matt top and durable surface. The cable is a 1.6m braided cable with a large gold plated usb connector to keep the assembly from coming apart if tugged or dropped. The keycaps themselves are simple, but sturdy in construction. This creates a hard to break system with no complex pieces to make extra points of breakage. The stands on the keyboard are made with a thick plastic topped with a non-slip material that keeps the keyboard in place. Switches: The MK5 uses Outemu Blue Switches which are similar to the Romer-g that I use in my g910 from logitech. These keys are said to have a 50 million click lifespan which would put them up close to romer - g’s at 70 million and on par with cherry mx blue with their 50 million guaranteed. Keycaps: At first I thought that I wouldn't like the circular keycaps that the MK5 uses however with the concave make of these keycaps I learned to like them with the cap drawing your fingered into the middle of the key. Also the matt material used seems to be well made and keeps my fingers from sliding off the keys when I go after them. Along with no painted keys except the media functions on the f-keys, arrow keys, and a couple other keys. I would have prefered these media keys to have been clear such as the rest of the keys are. Software: 1stplayer has a very simple software that comes with the keyboard. You have 3 sections with the program including the three profiles, macro keys, and rgb functions. You can set up 3 completely different profiles for different uses you may have. The macro section lets you create any kind of macro you need short of mouse functions. These can be assigned to any key which can be of great help in programs or games that use a lot of shortcuts and many key presses at once over individual key presses. And finally you have the rgb functions which will be explained below. RGB: The rgb can either be controlled by the keyboard itself or the software provided with the keyboard. I personally used the program based control for this review. I enjoy the settings that they give you however they are all pretty simple compared to what other brands offer. You are given the speed of the effect, the brightness and either rainbow or a selection of colors. The thing I am disappointed in which I don't think you can fix with circular keys like this is the light bleed on the sides. You can see 2 bars of light on each key takes away from the lights of the letters themselves since it is much brighter on these spots. However you can see the lights clearly in a brightly lit room so this shows that the lights on the keyboard are quality to show the quality of the clear switches that let the rgb shine through. Conclusion: Overall this keyboard is greatly worth the price. The steampunk name sadly isn't correct however this is a small detail and doesn't really affect the quality which is what I care about. The circular keycaps and the switches used take a bit to get used to if you are coming from something like a romer-g however mx switches users won’t feel as much of a difference with the switches. So overall I highly recommend this keyboard to anyone who needs one and has a lower budget. $50 is a steal for the quality of this keyboard and the functions they give you with it.

I Will Use It Until It Dies or I Die
Bullet Lists (In Case You Don't Want To Read the Full Review) Reasons I Bought This: - I love the aesthetic - RGB lighting - Full size keyboard - Other good reviews Pros: - Sturdy metal frame - Key caps are plastic, but they're high quality - Comes with replacement key switches - Also comes with a diagram to help you replace them - Works with Windows XP and above - Dust and water proof, probably easy to clean - A large array of lighting effects and speeds - It is satisfying to type on - The sound of the switches add to the aesthetic - The cable is very long Con: - Not as many color options as I would like Full Review If I recall correctly, I got this keyboard on sale for about $20 off, and I believe it was worth it at that price. The keyboard has a very sturdy build and I think that if it is taken care of properly, it will last a very long time. It is also very helpful that the manufacturer includes replacement key switches and the tools necessary in case you need it. The booklet that comes in the box has a diagram that shows how to replace the key switches. The key caps themselves seem to be made of plastic, but it's a very high quality plastic, in my opinion. Another good thing about this keyboard is that it is compatible with Windows XP and up. The key switches are very loud, but I think it helps with the typewriter aesthetic. I personally like the sound anyway. It's very satisfying to listen to, especially when paired with how the keys feel (I enjoyed writing this review because of this). I was worried at first because the keyboard is not wireless, but the cable is long enough to suit my needs (about 5 1/2 feet, according to the booklet). I also like the fact that it is dust and water proof. It should be easy to clean. Of course, no product is perfect, but I only have one minor complaint about this keyboard. My complaint is that there is not a large amount of light colors to choose from. This is just a minor complaint because I mostly focus on the quality and feel of the keyboard, and it is not quite enough for me to knock off a star. One thing I would do differently is have the LEDs for the Num Lock and Caps Lock stuff change to be the same color as the rest of the keys. I think it would look a lot more uniform that way. Overall, this keyboard is pretty great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something like this. It feels like it's very high quality and I plan on using it until it dies or I die, whichever happens first.

I think we all bought this product for Cherry switches at this price point which was what was delivered. However, I ran into several quality issues with the product where my F2 key felt sticky and hard to press out of the box, and my W key stopped working properly after using it for a couple weeks. Unfortunately, I chose to return the product because of it. Software was basic with a lot of RGB customizations. I haven't played around with the macros so I can't review it.

Keyboard is sturdy and has weight to it. Keys and lighting are great too. Only complaint: some keys have metal clang sound when released, maybe due to metal plates under them but you only hear them if room is perfectly quiet.

Long story short. They first sent me a blue switch keyboard when I requested a brown switch. Had to do a return and repurchase to get the correct one. Overall very simple looking keyboard with a good feel to it. Love how it has multiple lighting controls and a app to control everything. Very pleased and recommended if you don't want flashy but a RGB keyboard that performs well

Alright so there's alot of bad things about this keyboard. First of all, the keys are lagging and they stop working in the middle of a game. There's an annoying metal noise when you press the keys but it looks like it sounds better when you change the keycaps.Thr cable is trash and i'm scared that if i move it to much, it'il snap in two. On the other side, the case is really sturdy and the keyboardis really compact. i Would recommend only if you want a cool looking and compact keyboard fork work, because it's just not suited for gaming. Hope this helped you!!

The keyboard started to miss keystrokes after 7 months, atm the A key is my main problem. And now P and W after 8 months ... it's total garbage, unusable after less than a year.
