Wonderful knife!
This is a wonderful knife. It holds its edge, and is very sharp. I use a steel on it after I use it and so far it stayed very sharp. I like the balance and the way it feels in my hand and I'm very impressed with it

Cheap but good
Good to practice on how to sharpen knifes I teach my cooks at work how to use a wet stone and this is the knife I use so I don’t feel bad if they trash it

Trust me, I'm a chef
I am a professional chef...in my mind, and in my own home. This makes me uniquely qualified to state that this is the best knife (silent k FYI) that I've ever used. The first one I had lasted about 5 years of being washed & dried in a dishwasher before the handle finally split, but that's on me - the knife blade itself is still pristine. For the price, it can't be beat, and again, I am a 3 Michelin star chef, based on my wife's reviews and that I'm good at making meal kits and I've watched The Bear. Trust me, buy it.
