This Item was advertised as a 24 inch plastic ring buoy. I ordered one for my pontoon boat and when I received it was only a Styrofoam ring and will be subject to black discoloration when I add it to mu gear on the pontoon. I was very disappointed in the ring as for what it cost and feel it was miss advertised
