These glasses are exactly as pictured. They are well made and beautiful. Even though the package appeared well padded..one of the goblet stems had broken off during shipping. I contacted customer service. They apologized and requested pictures of the broken goblet, which I sent. They sent me a new set quickly and without any hassle. I highly recommend these goblets and this company.

I recently purchased some red with black trim dishes, and when I saw these glasses, I knew that I needed to have them to complete the set for dinner service. They are stunning, the weight, the beauty, the quality they are so pretty. I love the color, it can be used for water, goblets, and or any refreshment. I love them I highly recommend them.

These are lovely vintage goblets made of thick glass. Firm and sturdy yet beautifully etched, suitable for both kings and queens! Kudos to the vendor for packing them well! I saw the carrier toss the box, yet no harm done!

I love these glasses. I’ve owned them for years….and I adore ANYTHING Fitz & Floyd…..thé color is a beautiful, rich deep ruby color and the pattern really adds dimension - and I love a stemmed glass - the weight is wonderful - it feels good in your hand…..the thing is - do NOT put them in the dishwasher. The color will come off…unfortunately I learned this the hard way but luckily was able to purchase thru Amazon at a great price and received super quick……they will last you a lifetime if you hand wash and they make a beautiful table !!!!

As I change my tablescape for the winter, the glasses were the perfect choice to match our winter dinnerware. I ordered 3-sets of 4 glasses to ensure enough for company as well. They're sturdy glasses with a short stem making it easy for my children to also use during meals.Each set of 4 came in a box with each glass wrapped in bubble wrap-the sides only, not the tops and bottoms of the glasses. And then each of those boxes were in a larger Amazon box. There was no additional protective wrap in the Amazon box. Two of the glasses were broken when I received them. The base of those two glasses had separate from the glass itself. I'm guessing it happened during one of the multiple times the box was put down (in a warehouse, truck, porch, etc.). I contacted Amazon and a new set of glasses was sent the following day and I was instructed not to return the other set.

The glasses are lovely but only 2 out of the 4 survived the trip to Australia. The 2 broken are absolutely shattered. Very disappointed.

These are so pretty! They’re thick and heavy and I can tell they’re going to last!
