OhGoodness! Organic Honey Halva - 3 Pack - 75g Each (Assorted Flavors)

My first impression on the first bite was nope. It had a harsh bitter aftertaste. But I absolutely loved the texture and first initial flavor. I could tell it was good quality and fresh. I then paired it with thick plain yogurt and that's exactly what it needed. The creamy yogurt and the sandy texture make for a great high protein snack I can feel good about. Then I added some frozen berries and I'm in heaven. I will definitely be getting more in the future.Yes the package was smaller than expected but for a first time trying It was perfect. Due to the heat one package had all the product on one side making it look half full, but compared to the other packages I could tell it was originally even and did fill the package properly. I placed a sharpie on one package to show the size.

So far I have tried the honey one. I was surprised by how small the portions were on arrival and that the product didn't fill the container very well. The flavor is good enough but not very good. The texture was not right. It was too hard like it had been compressed into a board. Not light at all. Not fluffy at all. Not crumbly at all. Unusually difficult to break or deform with fingers. This is the halva of our affliction that our well meaning friend made without understanding the process. This is a sad imitation of goodness that pretends at virtue. This is pathetic. I will eat the rest and never purchase it again.The other two flavors, coffee and almond, were more malleable and a little bit more crumbly though really just mushy and putty like. The coffee flavor is strongly coffee with moderate sweetness. The almond was a bit too sweet. The range of sweetness between the three different flavors and the uneven filling and range of textures suggests an overall process control issue that suggests a lack of uniformity in manufacturing and results in mediocre to poor quality products.

The honey and almond was absolutely delicious ! I wasn’t a fan of the espresso but that is because that’s not a normal flavor of Halva, but I did try it and the taste wasn’t my favorite but the texture and the way it was packaged was done well like the other two. Will definitely be buying the plain and other two regularly.

Nice natural smooth creamy flavor and texture. Not too sweet. The espresso is my favorite. I tried making my own honey halva many times but couldn't even touch this yummy stuff. It was fresh too. More flavors please! It was easy to open too which is rare for modern packaging. Definitely recommended.

These are delicious!HOWEVER... They are very expensive. I received them and I was disappointed. These are smaller than the last time I bought them. The container is half full!@!
