I have cervical disc herniation. So using this machine definitely helps alleviate the pain in my neck. I used to have one that had a pump which I kinda liked better than the dial on this one. Because when it released it released slowly. This one releases fast, so if there is an improvement suggestion, I would say the air pump is better, but I still love this one

Haven't even had it 6 months and it quit working. Can no longer turn the knob to get it ro move up. Tried support and videos on how to fix since I didn't purchase additional warranty. The support wasn't anything about what was wrong with it. Would not purchase again. Will buy the other model I purchased before. More expensive but has been working without issue for almost 2 years. Brand: Comfort trak i believe. Way better unit.

It works. Well made. Easy to operate. Overpriced. About double to what it should be.

Works great for my C3-C7 bulging and herniated discs. I get Chiropractor relief with this at home. I am on my second unit because I over torqued the first and stripped the main gear. This was totally my bad because I was trying to exceed 40lbs of pressure. This device has metal gearing inside and with proper use should last a long time. I didn't try a return because I was totally at fault for compromising the gear.

Just got it and used it twice now. Love it. Relieves the pain a lot in my neck.

Broke after a few uses

I have had a second device fail now. This is a good attempt, but just made too cheaply. The plastic gears chip a tooth and it won’t hold tension any longer. Funny the hand control piece is made of cast metal. Better to pay top dollar for the Saunders brand.

This product seems very sturdy. The challenge for me is that I’ve been receiving physical therapy treatments and they always end with a similar device but theirs has a much larger incline so I feel like I get a different traction with that one. This one seems to slide a lot so you have to find a rubberized surface to put it on, but then also it’s done with a tension spring and the tension spring doesn’t seem very strong so it will only click up a few times before the weight of your head causes the spring not to give additional traction. It is certainly better than nothing, but I don’t feel like it is the best given I’ve used a similar one that costs three times this much and is more effective. But at this cost, I will keep trying to make it work!

Dijeron que el artículo era nuevo y pagué el precio de una unidad nueva. Pero lo que me enviaron era un artículo usado, tal vez incluso reacondicionado. Hay áreas de pintura desgastada y rayones en el soporte de plástico para los pies. Las almohadillas para el cuello parecen nuevas porque están envueltas en plástico. Las instrucciones son una hoja de papel normal que se imprimió con una impresora de inyección barata. No te dice cómo ajustar los ángulos de los pies. Funciona y lo conservaré. Pero no me gusta pagar precio de nuevo por un equipo usado.
