This is small, but powerful. The features is more than enough to do a large conference. Picture in Picture, 8 HDMI inputs, all make this so easy especially if you add the monitor in the third output... it shows what is on all 8 channels so you can see if your cameras are ready, plus a preview and program view all simultaneously.

Just love this switchers 8 inputs.Running 4 1080p, 2 1089i cameras + graphics and stll have 1 knput left. I found some helpful videos on you tube, but most are done by people that take for granted you already know a lot all ready and go over things way to fast like how to setup the memories for the two PNP's, chrome key and other topics. I'm hopeing roland puts out some tutorials on more detail on each separate topics for people that are new to the switcher environment and terminology. If they do that this purchase will be such a extra value for its higher price. I'm sure they've so much more to learn to justify the great switcher I it will be for many years.Roland please help out us non-professionals so we aren't so frustrated.
