Premium Ferrari F40 - Takara Tomy Tomica - 1/62 Scale

This is the car I wanted when I went to Japan couldn’t find there so glad I found it here

Picture perfect

Very nicely executed product for a relatively modest asking price. Proportions seem correct. Paint looks good. Prancing Horse decals look good. No Pinnifarina script on the side decals (instead there are simply rectangular, silver decals/paint). Engine cover opens (and stays open until one closes it) to reveal a decently detailed engine for the scale. Hard plastic (rather than rubber) tires on aesthetically acceptably correct embossed wheels. Plastic base embossed with product details. Base also embossed with A-arms and engine underbelly. Interior (seats, shifter, dashboard) is reasonable, too. No wing/side mirrors, as reflected (!) in the illustration on Amazon, although the illustration on the Tomica box shows them. Definitivamente el modelo, cumplió y hasta supero mis espectativas. Tomica desde siempre se ha caracterizado por crear modelos con alto nivel de detalle y con una excelente calidad, tanto en el molde como en la pintura. Me siento contento de haber adquirido este modelo. De hecho lo buscaba en otra marca, hw, pero cuando vi este modelo hecho por Tomica decidí comprarlo sin dudar y no me decepcionó. La atención excelente y dentro del tiempo acordado, de hecho llegó antes.
