I HAVE NO ISSUES ON MY AMERICAN DVD PLAYER
Ok so I've read the comments and was really upset that I purchased this and all I'm gonna get is something I can't play on my DVD player. I'm in America by the way. It says "region free" that means any DVD player. I wasn't even gonna risk it and just return it but I notice on the back it had three globes with A, B and C in the middle. That means it should play. So I popped the DVD in and it played without changing my region on the system. So I'm guessing either the company fixed the issue or they sent you the wrong DVD. Either way just look on the back before you open the DVD wrapping.

Awful. Bait and switch
It was bait and switch. It doesn't even work in my DVD player so I went and got a different DVD player as it says on the back because is not compatible with American DVD players and it still doesn't work and now I am stuck with it because I'm out of the time frame of being able to return it .

good quality, just in British format , pickup universal DVD player so good to go

DVD could only be played in UK I live in the US.
Received a DVD that could only be played in the UK. Asked for a refund and to send the DVD back and got returned postage that I would have to pay the postage back to the UK. I live in the US 😑

In Pal Format won'tl work here. Not sure why Amazon would let them advertise on here for the us.
